According
to them, business activities during this season were naturally active with the
sudden increase of market goers.
“Isa
ito sa mga inaabangan nating panahon tulad din ng mahal na araw kung saan
gumaganda ang kita natin,” Angelina Duenas, a market vendor here said.
Duenas
explained that among the hot goods in the market now were candles, flowers,
meat, vegetables and fruits.
“Madami
kasing tao. Mayroon pang mga dayuhan na bumisita sa kanilang mga kamag
anak dito para paggunita sa kanilang
namayapang mahal sa buhay,” she added.
Meanwhile,
the local police reminded the residents to refrain from bringing liquor,
pointed and bladed objects in the cemetery to avoid inconvenience as they
celebrate “All Saints’ and Souls’ Day.”
