CANDABA
– Local goat breeders here urged the local police to increase police
visibility along the stretch of the Arayat-Apalit Setback Levee
(Control) to prevent a group of nonresident individuals from taking
away goats.
This came as goat breeders are complaining about group behind the continuing lost of several goats in the area .
A
resident here narrated a group of unidentified perpetrators onboard of a
tricycle and a motorcycle was spotted before the goats went missing.
"Kahapon
kaya nagmamadaling umalis po sila," Edmar Cuevas, a resident from
Barangay Lanang told Sun Star Pampanga.
Cuevas noted that the perpetrators are believed to be residents from the neighboring province as they are tagalog speaking.
kambing," he added.
The
goat breeders stated that the group is engaged business of the selling
goats or otherwise connected to a ‘Kambingan’ restaurant.
It was learned that a medium size goat can be sold to a minimum of P2,500.
