STO. TOMAS – Former mayor Romeo “Ninong”
Ronquillo has challenged yesterday incumbent Mayor Lito Naguit to present a clear
flat form of government and town’s development agenda.
Ronquillo said Naguit’s political speeches are focusing on
the personalities some of them are not even running for public office allegedly
just to protect his personal interest rather than dealing with his plan to
further improve the municipality in general.
Mayor Naguit, in one of his
campaign sorties here hit a certain Briones and his former administrator Rodel
Garcia for their previous conduct implicating the former from irregularities
and abuses.
Meanwhile, he likewise questioned
Naguit’s statement that he has facilitated the construction of at least
25-kilometer roads in town.
“Baka hindi niya alam kung gaano
kahaba ng 25 kilometers na daan. Mayroon
nagpagawa,” Ronquillo noted.
