On the proposed Manila-Clark fast train sub-station in Philippine Arena; INC members laud Guiao's initiative

CITY OF SAN FERNANDO - Members of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (INC) lauded 1st district congressional candidate Joseller "Yeng" Guiao's proposal  to establish Manila-Clark fast train's substation near the Philippine Area in Bocaue Bulacan. 

"Kung matutuloy  maganda ito para aming mga miyembro ng Iglesia ni Cristo dahil magiging lalung madali ang pagpunta namin sa arena. Sigurado yan sa simula pa lamang ng taong 2014 ay magiging madalas na ang pagpunta namin dyan," Don Don Ombina, a member of the church said. 

Philippine Arena is expected to have a seating capacity of 55,000 and upon its completion this will the largest dome arena in the world. 

Ombina added that the proposed Manila-Clark fast train if realize is a major infrastructure project that will benefit not only the province of Pampanga but the country in general as will trigger development and boast the confidence level of the investors. 

"Para sa aming mga miyembro suportado namin ang anumang hakbang na makakatulong sa aming hanay," another Iglesia Ni Cristo member told Sun Star Pampanga. 

Earlier, Guiao disclosed that business tycoon Manny V. Pangilinan has vowed to fund the Manila-Clark fast train project.

He explained that only two or three sub-stations from Manila are viable and this includes one in the compound of Philippine Arena.
