Delta’s connection to BGC mere perception – Panlilio

CANDABA– Former Governor Eddie “Among Ed” Panlilio recently admitted that he has no evidence support his earlier statement that vice gubernatorial candidate Dennis “Delta” Pineda owns Bonifacio Global City (BGC) batching plant.

However, Panlilio defended his statement in saying that there is a clear perception as to the connection of Delta to BGC because most the trucks being used by the said company were displaying the name of the latter.

The statement was made by Panlilio during the campaign sortie of Team PNOY in this town the other day.

It can be recalled that the former priest turned politician, in a previous television interview, is linking the family of Pineda to BGC batching plant.

He also insinuated that big bulk of the construction projects in the provincial government were being manipulated and awarded to the said batching plant.

With this, Delta earlier challenged Panlilio to show proof to support his allegation against them.

He even promised to withdraw his certificate of candidacy for vice governor should the former governor be able to produce documents  showing that he is indeed the owner of BGC batching plant.

On the contrary, Delta asked Among Ed to back out from the gubernatorial race if he cannot prove his allegation.
