CITY OF SAN FERNANDO – Advocates of the Aagapay sa Matatanda (Ama) Partylist had called for the strict implementation of benefits to senior citizens as provided by the law enacted by Congress.
Linda Gaddi-David, Federation of the Senior Citizen Association of the Philippines president, Ama Partylist chairperson and nominee said that the senior citizens should be given priority in government programs as they have already done part in building a stronger nation.
She added Ama Partylist is joining the 2013 midterm elections to push for programs that will promote the general well being of the senior citizens.
