The 12th National Congress of the Association of Public Employment Service Office (PESO) managers named Governor Pineda as the National Best Local Chief Executive in employment service.
Governor Pineda is now in the national roster of “Hall of Fame Awardees as far as provision of public employment service is concerned.
The Public Employment Service Office (PESO) head was also adjudged as National Best PESO Manager.
