The said facility was constructed through the support of the provincial government under the leadership of Governor Lilia Pineda.
It is intended to be used for barangay and parochial activities to further promote the socio-cultural well being of the residents.
The same may also serve as an alternative evacuation center for the flooded-residents during typhoon season being.
"Nagpapasalamat po kami kay Nanay at kay Board Member Yabut dahil sa magandang covered court. Malaki po ang maitutulong nito sa mga residente dahil kahit umuulan pwedi ng magsagawa ng programa," a resident here stated.
It was learned that this covered court is first in the river side.
