MACABEBE – The municipal chief
executive of this town has recently warned the employees of Mayor Domingo
B. Flores
District Hospital
on discrimination and undue treatment to patients.
Mayor Annette B. Balgan said that
poor patients coming from the far flung communities here and in neighboring
towns should be treated with high regards.
“Kung hindi na ninyo kayang
magserbisyo sa ating mga kababayan ay mag resign na lamang kayo. Ito rin ang
lagi kung sinasabi sa mga empleyado ng munisipyo,” she told the hospital staffs
and employees.
Balgan stressed that she will not
hesitate to request for the removal of any employee who will be found
disrespectful while attending to the medical needs of the people.
“Magmamartsa ako papuntang
kapitolyo para ipatanggal kayo sa trabaho ninyo kapag may nakarating na balita
sa akin na hindi maganda,” the lady mayor pointed out.
She
claimed that this hospital was established primary to serve the poor
residents who cannot to go to private hospital in the province for
medical treatment.
