CANDABA - Three theft suspects including two minors were apprehended yesterday by the local police for their allege
involvement in a series stealing incidents in the public market.
Authorities
identified the suspect as John Joshua Dalusong Buscano, 18, and two
other children in conflict of the law as Jessie, 12, (not his true
name), Jack, 14, (also not his real name), all are residents in
Barangay Buas, this town.
Initial investigation bared that one of the youth
offenders was arrested at about 6:00 am by the elements of the municipal
police station after he was caught in the act of stealing a hydraulic
jack inside the stationary jitney owned by certain Virgilio Gatbonton.
The one arrested earlier divulged that he was in-conspiracy with Dalusong-Buscano who was then cited in Barangay Paralaya.
Reports show that it was Dalusong-Buscano who ordered the minor to get the hydraulic jack.
The
police authorities said that the unlawful act was witness by the

erring minor.
As this developed,
Mayor Rene Maglanque lauded the newly assigned officer-in-charged of the
municipal police station Inspector Onnil Dela Pena.
"Pinupuri
natin si Major Dela Pena, wala pa siyang isang linggo pero nahuli na
natin ang mga nagnanakaw sa ating palengke," he stated.
Upon assumption to office, Maglanque instructed Dela
Pena to put an end on the looming incidents of stealing in the public
market particularly during night time.
