CANDABA - Mayor Rene Maglanque yesterday warned suspected drug pushers who are reportedly operating in town victimizing innocent individuals.
This came as Maglanque pushes for a drug free Candaba which according to him is vital for the impending growth and development in the locality.
The mayor stressed that anyone who will be caught by the local police selling illegal drugs will face the strong arm of the law.
Vice Mayor Normita Evangelista declared that she is in full support with the bold measure initiated by Maglanque on his anti illegal drugs campaign.
With this, the mayor instructed the town's chief of police Superintendent Benjamin Medina to intensify effort to apprehend individuals who are engaged in the trade of illegal drugs.
